Josephine's Italian Restaurant

Exceptional dining experience. From start to finish the service, food & atmosphere is top notch. Live music plays during dinner but not so loud that conversation is a challenge. We ordered apps for the table. All were delicious. No complaints with main dishes ranging from specials to regular menu items. All are served hot, fresh & beautifully plated. Can't wait to return.

We chose this dinner date based on the 'pretty lights' as we drove by. We had no idea how wonderful our evening would be. The service we received from Jorge and the romantic, calming atmosphere truly gave us a dining experience to remember. Our meals were unbelievably perfect and if we could have stayed and eaten more we would have. All good things must come to an end. We wish only success for this gem.

My recent visit to Josephine’s was marred by abysmal service. After enduring a wait of over an hour and a half, we were informed that they were out of veal, signaling that our meals hadn’t even been started. The waiter's indifference and the lack of communication about this issue were disappointing. Such disregard for patrons' time and expectations tarnishes the restaurant's supposed upscale status. After voicing our concerns, our meals were brought out piecemeal and with many of the orders wrong. Some at the table ultimately enjoyed their meals, but between my gnocchi and the chicken marsala I tried next to me, I found the food to be subpar at best. Overall, I cannot recommend Josephine’s after this disheartening experience. Many of the patrons around us who arrived just behind us decided to leave before their meals ever arrived. Try this restaurant at your own peril.

Family tried planning a private birthday party and communication was horrible (they seemed to care less about your business). They were extremely rude on the phone, (see other reviews and don’t buy into their politically correct responses). Would absolutely never recommend. Ended up booking at another Italian restaurant that had excellent communication, were pleasant, and created excellent menu options for guests. We are actually thankful we didn’t end up here as now we are looking forward to a wonderful party elsewhere where we know both owner, manager and staff will be considerate and polite so we can enjoy the special time celebrating. Ck out neg reviews. We should have looked at the negatives up front, not just the positives that show up first.

These people are horrible people- We did not even get a chance to eat. We were looking for a venue to host 30 or so people for a rehearsal dinner. The owner/ manager was absolutely awful to us. He demanded we move our car out of a close spot ( unmarked) in the pouring rain so his woman could park there. We went in anyway to inquire and he pointed to the back room and then walked away. No interest in trying to help us or see our interest. These are horrible people, please do NOT give them your business.
